This weekend is going to be a busy one again for Rishton CC, especially for the 1st XI who have three matches over the weekend.
The weekends games start on Friday when the 1st XI take on Church & Oswaldtwistle at Blackburn Road. The start time is 6.15 with Rishton hoping to gain another two points to add to the three that they have gained from the first two fixtures.
Bars will be open from 4.00pm and Corky’s Cafe will also be open during the day/evening.
Admission charge is applicable at the gate.
On Saturday the first team travel to Greenmount for their quarter final Worsley Cup game. The game is due to start at 1.00pm and a bumper crowd is expected.
Both the 3rd XI and 4th XI are also in action on the Saturday.
The 3rds are at home to Church & Oswaldtwistle 3rds, while the 4th’s are away against Nelson CC’s 3rdXI. Both games start at 1.00pm.
Sunday see’s both the 1st XI and the 2nd XI taking on Crompton CC.
The 1st’s are at home, while the 2nd’s travel to Crompton. Both games start at 1.00pm.
**Reminder** Saturday’s 3rd team game is free entry for all. Sunday’s 1st team game is free for cricket spectator members otherwise admission charges apply. Cricket spectator memberships still available, either through the link or at the gate on Sunday.
